The final phase will include an additional 118 two-bedroom lock-out suites; relocation of the full-service spa to a new 8,000-square-foot facility with more than 30 service stations and in-room service; a new adults only outdoor pool and spa; a 10,000-square-foot activity center featuring a wide array of games and activities including nine holes of indoor miniature golf, sand volleyball, a climbing wall, video arcade, snack shop, and private adult/teen activity room with lounge, computerized golf, games and table seating; and the final phase of our outdoor aquatic center/water park.
